February 4, 2011, Iliganons had witnessed the opening of Iligan City Weekend Night Market. A total 105 stalls are allocated to lucky stall owners of small or large businesses, new or old entrepreneurs to set out their products on the streets of Iligan City when the night falls every Fridays and Saturdays of the week from 6:30 PM – 2AM.
It was my luck to be a part of one of the ventures in this Night Cafe.

These stalls serves food products from meals, snacks, and drinks — and we’re a part of it. STALL 65
, a group of first time entrepreneurs opened together with a few stalls on the first week of operation for the night cafe. Serving Roasted Pig/Pork (Lechonn Baboy), Pork Sisig, Kilawin, Halang-Halang, Pork/Chicken Barbeque, and Liempo.

WHAT TO TRY:
Always ask for availability of KILAWIN and SPICY LECHON! It’s not always on the menu but try getting there every Fridays to get a taste of Baboy Sulop Kilawin from this Stall. And ofcourse, the Sisig is a constant —- crowd favorite!
